The working principle of the laser cutting machine itself is to focus the laser emitted from the laser into a high power density laser beam through the optical path system. Generally speaking, laser cutting quality can be measured by the following six standards: 1. Cutting surface roughness. 2. Size of slag hanging on the incision. 3. Trimming perpendicularity and slope. 4. Corner size of cutting edge. 5. Stripe drag. 6. Flatness. The energy of the laser is concentrated into a high-density beam in the form of light. The beam is transmitted to the working surface, generating enough heat to melt the material. In addition, the high-pressure gas coaxial with the beam directly removes the molten metal, so as to achieve the purpose of cutting. This shows that laser cutting processing is essentially different from machine tool machining. It uses the laser beam emitted from the laser generator to focus into a high power density laser beam irradiation condition through the optical path system. The laser heat is absorbed by the workpiece material, and the workpiece temperature rises sharply. After reaching the boiling point, the material begins to vaporize and form holes. With the high pressure air flow, the material finally forms a slit with the movement of the beam and the workpiece relative position. The process parameters (cutting speed, laser power, gas pressure, etc.) and movement track during slitting are controlled by the CNC system, and the slag at the slitting is blown off by the auxiliary gas under a certain pressure.
Standard process of using fee of XT laser cutting machine:
1. Follow the safety operation regulations of XT laser cutting machine. Start the laser, adjust the light and test the machine in strict accordance with the laser startup procedure.
2. Operators must be trained, familiar with cutting software, equipment structure and performance, and master relevant knowledge of the operating system.
3. Wear labor protection appliances as required, and wear protective glasses that meet the requirements near the laser beam.
4. Do not process materials without knowing whether they can be irradiated or cut by laser, so as to avoid the potential danger of smoke and steam.
5. When the equipment is started, the operator shall not leave the post without authorization or entrust a special person to take charge. When it is really necessary to leave, the operator shall stop or cut off the power switch.
6. Put the fire extinguisher in an easily accessible place; Close the laser or shutter when not working; Do not place paper, cloth or other flammable objects near the unprotected laser beam.
7. In case of any abnormality during the processing, stop the machine immediately, eliminate the fault or report to the supervisor.
8. Keep the laser, laser head, bed and surrounding areas clean, orderly and free of oil contamination, and stack workpieces, plates and waste materials as required.
9. When using gas cylinders, avoid crushing welding wires to avoid leakage accidents. The use and transportation of gas cylinders shall comply with the regulations on gas cylinder supervision. Do not expose cylinders to direct sunlight or near heat sources. When opening the bottle valve, the operator must stand at the side of the bottle mouth.
10. Observe high voltage safety regulations during maintenance. Follow regulations and procedures for operation or maintenance every day of the week, every hour of operation or every six months.
11. After startup, manually start the machine tool at low speed in the X, Y, Z axis direction, and check whether there is any abnormality.
12. After entering the new workpiece program, test it first and check its operation.
13. Observe the operation of the machine tool during operation to avoid accidents caused by the cutting machine exceeding the effective travel range or the collision between the two machines.
14. The automatic operation of the equipment is dangerous to some extent, and it is not allowed to enter the safety fence. Pay attention to safety in any operation. Entering the operating range of the machine at any time can cause serious injury.
15. During feeding, the feeding state must be observed to prevent the material from arching and hitting the laser head, causing serious consequences.
16. Before production, check whether all preparations are in place, whether the protective gas is turned on, and whether the air pressure reaches. Whether the laser is in standby mode. Whether the feeding and robot are in automatic state.
